We train most of our clients three times per week in our fully-equipped, fitness facility, tracking progress weekly and monthly. Our clients improve and progress in areas such as increased strength, fat loss, gaining muscle, feeling better and having a better attitude and perspective.


  • 1-4 sessions up front: $70/session +tax 
  • 5-9 sessions up front: $60/session + tax 
  • 10-17 sessions up front: $55/session + tax 
  • 18+ sessions up front: $50/session + tax
