If you are brand new to working out, it is important to just get moving! Don’t go from 0 to 100 as this will not be sustainable and will create a sense of dread over time. 

Starting slow is the key to truly making health and fitness a part of your life, not take over your life! Fitness should enhance it, not take away from it. 

Customized Coaching

Consistency is one of the biggest determinants of fitness success. If you are following a program for a few days/weeks and then you stop for a few days/weeks and continue this pattern, you will not get the results you would if you were consistent. We take the time to get to know you on a personal level so that we can customize a nutrition and training plan that works for your schedule, preferences and goals (including vacations and crazy work schedules). At Platinum Pro Fitness we teach you how to incorporate balance and moderation into your lifestyle so you can reach all your fitness goals and still enjoy your life. Our coaching is completely customized to the individual, working with you one on one, adjusting things along the way based on your body’s changes and needs to ensure consistent progress. There are no cookie cutter meal plans, in fact we don’t do meal plans at all! Receiving a meal plan with exactly what to eat and when teaches nothing about how to eat.

Flexible Nutrition

We use flexible eating as our nutritional method to get our clients in great shape. You can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, as long as you hit your target fats, carbs and protein each day, these are our macronutrients, otherwise known as “macros”. Keep in mind that we recommend eating roughly 80-90% nutrient dense, whole foods. Then feel free to fill in the remainder with what ever you want. You will track all the food you eat in a phone app called “myfitnesspal”. Remember, the key to sustainable progress is avoiding extremes! When you restrict all your favorite foods, say no to ALL social functions and family get togethers, the likelihood of you continuing your “diet” is slim. That’s why we don’t call what we do a “diet”, it is a lifestyle.

Our clients improve and progress in areas such as increased strength, fat loss, gaining muscle, feeling better and having a better attitude and perspective.
